Machine Leveling Mounts Resist Acids And Water Retention
A full line of adjustable machine leveling mounts for applications requiring acid resistance or where machinery needs to be washed down frequently has been introduced by Airloc of Franklin, Massachusetts.
Airloc Jackmount® Adjustable PR Series Mounts feature a wide selection of rubber or neoprene vibration isolation pads from 40 to 90 durometer, with smooth non-skid surfaces, that will not trap particles or retain water and fluids. Available with all stainless steel- or high density thermoplastic bodies, these acid-resistant leveling mounts use a patented interlocking stainless steel stud which screws into the body and cannot pull out.
Providing spherical support with a ±4 deg range of motion to compensate for sloping or uneven floors, Airloc Jackmount® Adjustable PR Series Mounts are available in capacities from 50 to 2,000 lbs. each, depending upon size and material. These mounts are offered in 2" to 5" dia. sizes and all rubber or neoprene pads can be supplied 5-, 10-, 15-, and 25 mm thick.
Airloc Jackmount® Adjustable PR Thermoplastic Mounts are priced from $9.95 to $24.95 including studs and the PR Stainless Steel Mounts are $19.95 to $99.95 including studs. Literature is available upon request.
