It precisely places caps on containers, eliminating skewed or crooked caps. It can also be used in induction sealing applications when sealer is followed by retorquer to cap, seal, and tighten down caps. Applicator can handle CT and CR type closures. Depending on applicator heads, it can be configured for high-speed applications.

Bradenton, Florida, New England Machinery, Inc. (NEM) announces that it will be exhibiting its new cap applicator at the Interphex Show in New York City this April 15-17, 2002. NEM will be highlighting their new NERCAE cap applicator in their booth #579. This cap applicator was designed as an economical solution to placing caps on containers and to replace inefficient in-line cappers. When paired with in NEM retorquer, the system will efficiently place caps on containers and tighten them down. The NERCAE's ability to precisely place caps on containers, resolves the problem of skewed or crooked caps. This new capper can also be used in induction sealing applications when the induction sealer is followed by a retorquer to efficiently cap, seal and tighten down caps. The NERCAE can handle CT and CR type closures. Depending on applicator heads, the NERCAE can be configured for high-speed applications. The NERCAE costs considerably less than in-line cappers offering an affordable alternative for capping.
