Monitoring Device utilizes Internet to check equipment.

February 12, 2002 - Falcon Monitoring Device accepts image from any IP addressable web camera and displays it on main menu of web interface, providing live view of site. It notifies users of alarm conditions through e-mail messages, SNMP traps, phone paging, and e-mail paging. Falcon interfaces with temperature, pressure, flow, current and humidity sensors, or any other dry contact, 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA inputs. It can control site equipment via alarm relay outputs.

RLE ADDS INTERNET ACCESSIBILITY TO THE FALCON MONITORING DEVICE

Users can now configure equipment and check status with the click of a mouse.

FORT COLLINS, November 27, 2001. RLE Technologies, manufacturer of remote monitoring solutions, has web-enabled their popular Falcon Monitoring Device. This allows users to check equipment and site status over the Internet with any standard web browser.

RLE's Falcon accepts an image from any IP addressable web camera. This image, displayed on the main menu of the Falcon's web interface, provides a live view of the site.

Since the Falcon hosts its own web pages, neither additional software nor a host PC is necessary. This decreases costs and minimizes failure modes.

The Falcon notifies users of alarm conditions through e-mail messages, SNMP traps, phone paging, and e-mail paging. The Falcon interfaces with temperature, pressure, flow, current, and humidity sensors, or any other dry contact, 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA inputs. The Falcon can also control site equipment via alarm
relay outputs.

A fully functional, web-enabled Falcon can be accessed through RLE's web site: www.rletechnologies.com.
