New Synthetic Oil Reduces Burn Marks And Cracking In Carbide Grinding
Transor Filter introduces their new TransoGrind EXP Synthetic Oil. Formulated to be extremely effective in the dissipation of heat, EXP is ideal in applications with heavy stock removal such
as carbide grinding. Unlike mineral oils TransoGrind EXP's exceptional molecular uniformity results in predictable performance properties. TransoGrind EXP's increased lubricity lessens the chance of burn marks while extending wheel life and reducing extended cycle times, all with virtually no foaming.
TransoGrind EXP has been carefully engineered to address the multiple needs of the operator, machine tool and application. Odor free and a bright yellow in color, the purity of EXP is a
major factor in addressing skin irritation. Thoroughly tested by OEM's, TransoGrind EXP has been proven to have no effect on hoses, seals and windows reducing maintenance and repair on
machine tool components.
TransoGrind EXP is an extremely light synthetic fluid designed for the specific needs of the Transor Filtration system and today's state of the art grinding operations. This product is fully synthetic, being comprised of identically bonded molecules offering unsurpassed thermal stability and virtually unlimited life for use in properly filtered grinding operations.
