January 29, 2002 - PowerLine E laser marker offers short-pulse laser design operating in high brightness mode, which makes it suitable for photo-quality marking applications employing metals, plastics, ceramics, or composite materials. Unit includes Windows®-based VLM Software and standard operational features. It incorporates company's in-house diode technology, and its cabinetry is IP54 compliant.

Rofin-Baasel Introduces the PowerLine E Laser Marker

Rofin-Baasel Inc. today announced that the availability of their newest laser marker - the PowerLine E.

The PowerLine E features a unique short-pulse laser design operating in a high brightness mode making it ideal for marking applications employing metals, plastics, ceramics or other composite materials. Even sophisticated applications such as photo-quality marking can be accomplished with this unit's operational characteristics. Its extremely small footprint allows for easy mechanical integration with a variety of new or existing machine concepts. With its powerful Windows®-based VLM Software, a host of standard operational features provide the user with virtually any programming requirement.


The PowerLine E incorporates Rofin's own in-house diode technology which is designed for extremely long lifetimes and virtually no maintenance. As with all Rofin markers, reliable, round-the-clock operation is intrinsic to the unit. Its cabinetry is IP54 compliant for use in industrial environments without concerns over long-term environmental degradation of its performance.
