Twin Head Vertical Tube Benders

S&S Machinery Corp., now offers Twin Head Vertical Tube Benders up to two inch diameter in our Model F-50. Within this series of Twin Head Tube Benders, it is possible to produce up to (8) bends per cycle, as compared to a Horizontal Tube Bender, that will produce one bend per cycle. Some of our Models have the ability to bend in and out of plane. These machines, cycle in 5 seconds to 8 seconds, depending on the application, and the model. Each bending head is moved by means of its own screw to set up the center to center distance between bends. Depending on the model, we can supply a minimum center, distance of 4 inches to a maximum of 80 inches (larger on request). Each of the bending heads has its own adjustable angle of bend stop, that can be infinitely adjusted between 0° and 180°. This feature allows the user to bend asymmetrical as well as, symmetrical parts. All of the functions of this machine are hydraulic. This insures a smooth powerful bend. Our hydraulically actuated mechanical locking system, allows mandreless bending of light gage material. All of the Twin Head Machines in this series
have the rotating center die. This feature enables the user to easily remove both round and square tubing after bending. These machines are available as a stand alone machine, or automated with an automatic loader and unloader, which enables the user to bend without an operator. Other configurations are available on request.
