Kit is used to test flow rates for gaskets with pressures up to 200 psi wherever gas or liquid flow control is required. It allows testing without destroying gaskets or orifices.

Test Fixture Kit for Standard Orifices (Liquid or Gas Flow)
Lenox Laser's Test fixture kit includes 3 orifices of 5, 100, and 500 microns in our standard 3/8" / .002" thick discs. It also includes a 1/8" NPT Female adapter on both ends.
The kit would be used to test flow rates for gaskets for pressures up to 200 psi wherever gas or liquid flow control is required, such as critical flow, pressure reduction, particle separation, injection mixing, vacuum and micro-decay. The
advantage of this test fixture kit is that it allows testing without destroying gaskets and orifices. The gasket is held securely in place within the fixture while the fixture is inserted or removed from the line.
Each precision orifice is packaged in a clear plastic case, which allows for ease of identification and inspection.
