GEORGETOWN, KY (January 8. 2002) - LINPAC Materials Handling's strong and durable ROPAK 3230 reusable, folding container with a 32" x 30" footprint offers an industry best return ratio of 3: 1.
The container, which collapses to one-third of its assembled height, has a weight capacity of 2,000 lbs. and is ideal for high-density small to medium-size parts such as automotive components, bearings, hardware, metal parts, plastic and rubber, stampings, tools and textiles.
The collapsed ROPAK 3230 reduces cubic storage space requirements in the warehouse and during return transportation. Whether assembled or folded, ROPAK 3230s stack neatly and higher than cardboard and metal containers, using space more efficiently.
The ROPAK 3230 is available in both 25" and 34" heights and two bases -the standard 4-way fork entry or a new conveyable 2-way fork entry model, which reduces hang-up on rollers or wheels and substantially heightens conveyability. Optional hinged drop doors on the 32" side permit easy access to contents in the container from two sides.
Special dunnage can be created to meet a customer's unique requirements and highly experienced LINPAC engineers are available to help identify dunnage needs and help select the right suppliers.
The reusable containers manufactured by LINPAC are used to replace single trip paper, cardboard and metal packaging. They are made of premium grade, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and copolymer polypropylene (CPP) for durability and are available in a variety of configurations and weight capacities.
The ROPAK product line includes pallets, hopper bottom containers and collapsible and non-collapsible container models with footprints ranging from 32" x 30" to 70" x 48", and heights to 50".
