Hydrarol(TM) Door - High-tech Solution For Secure High-Profile Facilities

Hydrarol™ Door - High-tech Solution For Secure High-Profile Facilities

MILWAUKEE, Wis. - Providing security, speed and performance for airports, government buildings and other high-profiie facilities has been a strategic goal for ASI Technologies for several years. In fact their Marathon® Hydrarol door has been the preferred security door system throughout industry. The Hydrarol door is a durable metal exterior door with the ability to open and close at 42 inches per second allowing seamless material flow while creating a steadfast barrier against unwanted elements.

"At ASI, we know there are no shortcuts," said Eugene Race, executive vice president. "Our innovative Hydrarol door gives a unique combination of security, speed and strength. And in this day and age, that's exactly what high-profile facilities need."

The durable exterior of the Hydrarol door is composed of interlocking slats with anodized aluminum and is reinforced with a rugged shock-absorbing PVC interior. Strong, clear acrylic window slats are available to let in sunlight and allow visibility while providing security.

Unlike fabric doors that require a rigid door for off-hours lock-up, this door protects and secures against the elements at all times. The door is fully weathersealed with dense R8 polyurethane foam insulation that bonds with the exterior and interior shells to form a unitized structure and ensure years of long life.

The PVC interior and nylon end caps maintain door alignment, eliminate metal to metal friction during roll-up and create an airtight seal. All Hydrarol doors can withstand wind loads up to 88 miles per hour and larger doors, 12 feet and wider, have nylon wind locks.

With a long-life hydraulic operator, the high-speed, high-cycle Hydrarol door can open and close a quick 42 inches per second. That means improved material flow, decreased opportunity for accidents and lower maintenance costs. And Marathon guarantees Hydrarol with a five-year warranty.

Marathon high performance door systems serve industrial, municipal and commercial sites worldwide and are designed and manufactured by ASI Technologies, Inc., a leading manufacturer and innovator of custom door design and performance for over 35 years. The high-speed Hvdrarol Door from ASI Technologies is ideal for airports, transportation terminals and other high-profile facilities requiring enhanced security.
