Connector Inserts optimize EPBX connector contact density.


November 20, 2009 - Inserts for EPXB and QM connectors are available in high-density 48 size 22 contacts and 69 size 24 contacts arrangements. Available in environmentally sealed or unsealed versions, both offer optimized space for signal contacts and are compatible with existing crimp and PC tail contacts. Configuration promotes integration flexibility for designers while maintaining form factor of existing EPXB and QM connector series.

Radiall Expands Modular EPXB Insert Range


Two new inserts for EPXB and QM connectors with optimized contact density

Chandler, Arizona, November 5, 2009 - Radiall USA, Inc., expands its EPXB and QM connector insert arrangements with the release of two new configurations. These two high density inserts, 48 (48 size 22 contacts) and a 69 (69 size 24 contacts), offer optimized space for signal contacts, a gain of 20 percent more contacts for the 48 insert and of 72 percent for the 69 insert compared to the existing 40 (40 size 22 contacts) insert.

These new inserts are available in either environmentally sealed or unsealed versions. In addition, these new inserts are compatible with existing crimp and PC tail contacts.
These new inserts bring greater integration flexibility to designers while maintaining the form factor of the existing EPXB and QM connector series.
