New T4 Series of Heavy Duty Gas Springs Combine High Forces of T3 Series with the External Dimensions of Hyson's T2 ISO Gas Springs

Brecksville, OH-Hyson Products introduces the T4 Series of heavy duty nitrogen gas springs, a combination of the high forces of the T3 Series and the external dimensions and extended stroke lengths of the T2ISO Series.

The T4 Series includes five models with contact forces from 9200 to 95000N and full stroke forces from 14900 to 148000N. Each incorporates unique features including a flexible guide, specially engineered to absorb sideload and lower guide temperature to reduce friction and prolong service life as well as a flexible piston ring for additional guidance.

Safety features are integral to the T4 gas springs which are designed to allow gas to vent safely in a controlled manner in the event of over-pressure, overload or over-stroke.

In addition to a variety of modular and welded flanges, the T4 gas spring offers three linking options: side port, bottom port and hoseless baseplate. Hyson Products provides solutions for metal stampers with a broad array of products from advanced engineered systems including press cushions and manifolds to the TankerŪT and TankerŪS high force and high performance gas springs, from the Dyne-A-CamŪ Series of cams to pad delay systems, all manufactured in an ISO 9001-2000 certified facility.
