Soldering and rework system, MX-500, is available with MX-PTZ precision tweezer hand-piece that is ergonomically designed to meet requirements for reworking small electronic components, including 0201. Tweezers enable user to remove and replace components, with targeted application of heat, to soldered connections of devices while mechanically gripping component for removal. Tweezer-action and dual-position pitch adjustment enable operator to size pincer-action to component width.
OK International is proud to announce the new MX-PTZ, a precision tweezer hand-piece for the MX-500 soldering and rework system. This hand-piece is ergonomically designed to meet the demanding requirements for reworking very small electronic components, including 0201.
The MX-PTZ enables the user to remove and replace components, with the targeted application of heat, to the soldered connections of the devices while mechanically gripping the component for removal. Using OK International's patented SmartHeat® Technology, the optimum thermal demand is met with minimum stress and thermal over shoot.
The MX-PTZ Precision Tweezers are lightweight, and sized to maximize operator comfort and efficiency. The tweezer-action, and a dual position pitch adjustment, enable the operator to size the pincer-action to the component width.
