In addition to location and total hours of usage, CYBERWATCH can also report idle time, which is calculated by amount of time engine is under load versus total time engine is on. Unit transmits GPS position and hour meter data automatically once per day via cellular network to password protected website that is accessed by dealer or user. To ensure timely service, graphic interface shows mechanic dispatcher which vehicles are due, past due, and not due for maintenance.
KEYTROLLER's CYBERWATCH cellular wireless hour meter device is now available with idle
timing. In addition to location and total hours of usage, this device can now also report idle time. Idle time is calculated by the amount of time the engine is under a load versus the total time the engine is on--the difference is idle time. The longer the idle time, the less work is being completed and the more fuel that is being wasted.
CYBERWATCH transmits its GPS position and hour meter data automatically once per day via a cellular network to a password protected website that is accessed by the dealer or user. From this data, the dealer can determine the exact position of its mobile asset and with hour meter information to determine when that vehicle should be scheduled for maintenance.
A mechanic who performs maintenance on the vehicle activates a switch to create a "job done" event that is sent immediately. This "job done" event adds accountability to the mechanic and automatically resets the maintenance due graph on the website. Graphic interface easily show mechanic dispatcher which forklifts are due, past due and not due for maintenance. The device also includes a built-in "Geo Fence" anti theft feature, which is programmed to trigger an alarm report when vehicle motion is sensed.
