November 2, 2009 - Offering designers hybrid solution to meet 100 krad applications, high-reliability OSC-15803 suits space applications that use synchro and resolver position circuits that require reference sine wave to drive synchro or resolver inputs. Features include programmable output frequency from 400 Hz to 20 kHz, scalable voltage output to 8.8 V, and temperature range of -55 to +125°C, with class H or K process available.
