Suited for high-temperature calibration, portable Black Body BBSH features temperature range of 500-1,200°C with 1°C resolution and accuracy of ±0.5°C of indicated temperature. Stability is ±0.5°C and emissivity is better than 0.97. Consuming 1,000 W, calibration system features 15 minute stabilization time and heating time of 60 minutes. Calibration is traceable to National Standards within ±2°C.

The Black Body BBSH is a highly accurate IR pyrometer calibrator instrument. In addition to excellent stability it offers auto-tune PID control at a very reasonable cost. The new Black Body BBSH system includes a manufacturer's NIST traceable certificate of calibration and instruction manual.
