Respectively supplied in packages up to 3.2 x 2.5 x 1.0 mm and 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.8 mm, KT3225 and KT2520 series offer frequency stability of ±0.5 ppm over -40 to +85°C range and frequency stability of ±3.0 ppm from -40 to +105°C. Applications for these temperature compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs) include automotive GPS systems, GPS modules, marine navigation equipment, and high-end industrial electronics.

AVX Corporation has expanded its SMD temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) series to include AEC-Q200 approved versions. Designated the KT3225 and KT2520 Wide Temperature Series, the ultra-miniature oscillators provide tight frequency stability of ±0.5ppm over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. For more demanding applications such as power amplifiers, the KT3225 and KT2520 Series can provide a frequency stability of +/-3.0ppm over -40°C to +105°C .
