Available in 1¼ x 1¼ in. and 1½ x 1½ in. sizes, Type-343 Zero Dead Leg 3-Way Valves come in 45+ configurations for Purad PVDF, PolyPure PP-natural, and PP-Pure pigmented PP. Pigmented and natural polypropylene T-343 valves are available in 12 configurations each, which include ¾ x ¾ in. and ¾ x ½ in. sizes, and Purad PVDF valves operate up to 285°F. Valves are suited for use with aggressive chemical as well as high-purity applications.
Asahi/America Now Offering Expanded Line of 3-Way Diaphragm Valves
Asahi/America, the leader in high purity piping systems, has recently expanded their product offering to include new dimensions of the Type-343 Zero Dead Leg (ZDL) 3-Way Valve for Purad PVDF, PolyPure PP-natural and PP-Pure pigmented PP. Offered in more than 45 different configurations, these corrosion resistant diaphragm valves are now available in 40mm x 40mm (1-1/4" x 1-1/4") and 50mm x 50mm (1-1/2" x 1-1/2") sizes. Pigmented and natural polypropylene T-343 valves are now available in a dozen configurations each, which include the new 25mm x 25mm (3/4" x 3/4") and 25mm x 20mm (3/4" x 1/2") sizes.
Asahi T-343 3-way and related 2-way T-342 valves have proven results even in the most demanding environment. Designed for high temperatures, Purad PVDF diaphragm valves can operate up to 285°F (140°C). Offering EPDM backed PTFE, EPDM, and FKM diaphragms in Purad PVDF, PolyPure PPn, and PP-Pure pigmented PP, these valves are ideally suited for use with aggressive chemicals and high purity applications including biopharmaceutical manufacturing, photovoltaic and semiconductor wafer handling and laboratory water systems. Connection methods include IR or butt welding as well as flanged, true union, and custom connections such as tri-clamp or flare fittings.
