Operating from 90-264 Vac, TMC40 series 30-48 W AC/DC switching power supplies include 12 models with output from -15 to 48 Vdc. Withstand voltage is 4,000 Vac from input to output, 1,500 Vac from input to ground, and 500 Vac from output to ground. Units can be fully loaded at -10 to +70°C ambient, with derating required from 100% at +50°C linearly to 50% at +70°C. Overvoltage and overcurrent protection are included. RoHS compliant, power supplies have MBTF of 400,000 hr.

The TMC40 series is approved to medical and ITE safety standards including UL 60601-1, CSA C22.2 No. 601-1, EN60601-1, UL 60950-1 and EN60950-1. The series operates at an input voltage anywhere from 90-264 VAC. There are 12 standard models with output voltages ranging from -15VDC to 48VDC. The power supplies come with overvoltage and overcurrent protections. Withstand voltage is 4000 VAC from input to output, 1500 VAC from input to ground, 500 VAC from output to ground. Earth leakage current is as low as 150 µA max @ 264 VAC/63 Hz.
The TMC40 series can be fully loaded at -10C to +70C ambient, with derating required from 100% at +50C linearly to 50% at +70C. The units offer high reliability with MTBF of 400,000 hours at full load at 25C ambient, calculated per MIL-HDBK-217F. The units comply with EN61000-3-2 class A and D, EN61000-4-2, EN61000-4-3, EN61000-4-5, EN61000-4-11, in addition to EN55011, EN55022, FCC/VCCI class B conducted and class B radiated EMC standards. It achieves an efficiency of 80-88% typically and meets RoHS requirements. A cover and fan assembly is optional and can be added during manufacturing.
The TMC40 series is competitively priced at $19.50 in OEM quantity. Lead time for the units is 3-5 weeks.
