New FineReader 10 Provides Users With Improved User Interface and Advanced OCR Capabilities
MILPITAS, Calif., Oct. 6 -- ABBYY®, a leading provider of document recognition, data capture and language software, today announced the availability of its comprehensive optical character recognition software, FineReader® 10 Professional Edition, developed for creating editable and searchable files from scanned documents, PDFs and digital camera images. FineReader 10 delivers unmatched accuracy with advanced recognition and conversion capabilities that virtually eliminates retyping or reformatting. To significantly increase efficiency, productivity and ease-of-use, FineReader 10 also includes one-click automated features and an enhanced user-friendly interface that gives users a thorough view of its functions and options at the start and also guides users directly to the result.
