Designed to meet pneumatic pump application challenges, 3x3 double diaphragm chuck clamps powdered metal gears (11-tooth) and employs upper and lower jaws that flex separately to ensure clamping on pitch line of tapered gears. Workholding air and diaphragm chucks, fixtures, and jaws are engineered to meet requirements of metalworking industry. Specials include standard 450WHS chuck with special jaws, 425 air chuck with sprocket face, and 450 (.0001 in. TIR) with flexing inserts.
