Whipps has been beta testing HyperBase since June 2009.
"The spreadsheet is huge - 11 pages, hundreds of questions analyzing business operations, staffing, resources, and more. It's labor intensive. Clients often write answers on paper. It often takes a month. Our goal is to enable clients to complete the questionnaire via online forms, get rid of the paper, and speed this up," she said.
"We began using HyperOffice to share calendars with consultants across the country," said Whipps. "We've added HyperDrive and other tools to streamline work. We expect the same from HyperBase."
"Where HyperOffice users coordinated projects or shared documents, now, with HyperBase, we share information that was locked away inside spreadsheets and databases," said Arsanjani.
HyperBase will be available as part of the HyperOffice online collaboration suite that Tata Communications offers to business subscribers in India and 200 other countries under a marketing agreement announced in late August.
HyperOffice just won first place in the recent Skype for Business competition.
