Mainstream - CTM-TB Series Fully-Custom Air Handling Units

Mainstream's CTM-TB Series Custom Air Handling Units offer an unlimited range of configurations and are perfectly suited for applications which require the ultimate design flexibility, such as pharmaceutical, research laboratory, and healthcare facilities.

Units may be designed with integral desiccant wheels, runaround heat recovery coils, heat pipe coils and air-to-air heat exchangers. The bolted design makes this unit perfect for situations where access is limited and knock-down construction is required. By simply removing bolts, the panels can be disassembled and re-assembled without compromising the extremely low air leakage rate.

This systems has bolted construction (eliminating sheet metal screws between adjacent panels) with a lifetime ultra-low leakage membrane seal. The system has baked electrostatic powder coat finish on exterior, with optional anti-microbial powder coat interior. Its High-density enviro- friendly polyurethane foam injected insulation, up to R-26. Complete no-thru-metal thermal break construction with no compromise at floor-to-wall and roof-to-wall joints with standard dual-gasketed access doors with roller-cam latch mechanisms
