September 17, 2009 - Featuring 1.57 in. diameter, T-Line Incremental Rotary Encoders come with 2 m cable and provide output resolution up to 1,024 ppr in IP54-rated housing. TVI40 solid shaft units are available with 1/8 and ¼ in. shaft sizes, while THI40 hollow shaft encoders come with 3/16, ¼, and 5/16 in. shaft coupling sizes, and recessed hollow shaft TSI40 models are available with shaft bore sizes of 3/16, ¼, 5/16, and 3/8 in. All require 4.75-30 Vdc supply voltage.

T Series Incremental Encoders Now Available in Standard Inch Shaft and Coupling Sizes


TWINSBURG, OH - Pepperl+Fuchs T-Line 40 mm Series Incremental Rotary Encoders are now available in standard inch shaft and coupling sizes. These compact, 40 mm diameter (1.57 in.) encoders come standard with an integral 2 meter cable, and provide output resolution up to 1024 ppr in an IP54-rated housing. They require a 4.75 - 30VDC supply voltage. As a result, they are an ideal feedback solution for most light-to-medium duty applications in the material handling, packaging and printing industries, among others.

TVI40 solid shaft encoders are available with 1/8 in. and ¼ in. shaft sizes. THI40 hollow shaft encoders are available with 3/16 in., ¼ in. and 5/16 in. shaft coupling sizes. TSI40 recessed hollow shaft encoders are available with shaft bore sizes of 3/16 in., ¼ in., 5/16 in. and 3/8 in. shaft couplings. T-Line 40 mm series incremental rotary encoders are also available to accommodate 4, 6 or 8 mm shaft applications.
