New ultra high speed systems set benchmark for emerging 300+ ppm segment
TRUMBULL, Conn., Sept. 10 -- Oce Print 09 Booth 1863 -- Oce, an international leader in digital document management and delivery, announced today the new Oce VarioPrint 6000 Ultra line of high speed, high volume digital perfecting systems. Based on the successful Oce Gemini Instant Duplex Technology, the new Oce VarioPrint 6000 Ultra simultaneous duplex digital printers offer significant advances in speed, quality, productivity, media flexibility, scalability, connectivity and environmental sustainability.
Unlike any other products currently available, the Oce VarioPrint 6000 Ultra line extends Oce leadership into a new 300+ prints per minute (ppm) segment. The flagship Oce VarioPrint 6320 Ultra system sets the standard for a new class of 300+ ppm "Ultra High Volume" (UHV) productivity. This system is the world's fastest digital duplex printer, clocking in at 306 8.5"x11" letter-size ppm (314 ppm A4). It can handle print volumes up to 10 million prints per month. Print operations can reliably produce up to 18,360 letter and 9,300 12"x18" impressions per hour. In addition to the Oce VarioPrint 6320 Ultra system, the new product line includes the Oce VarioPrint 6250 Ultra, Oce VarioPrint 6200 Ultra and the Oce VarioPrint 6160 Ultra systems.
