New Polyimide Film with High Temperature Acrylic Adhesive Reduces Waste in Electronics Assembly Applications

Waukesha, WI, September 11, 2009 -- AMD Converting & Label, LLC, a leading manufacturer of graphic products for the flexographic digital printing industry, is pleased to announce the availability of a new Polyimide Laminated Film manufactured with a high temperature acrylic adhesive.

This line of Polyimide Laminated Film is targeted for use in the electronics industry for both electronic assembly and high temperature masking applications. Using film with a high temperature acrylic adhesive is beneficial because it allows electronics manufacturers to completely remove silicon, which can contaminate electronics, from the assembly area. Reduced contamination means reduced waste, and reduced waste means decreased manufacturing expenses and increased productivity and profitability.

Polyimide Laminated Film is currently available in rolls, sheets, and custom die cuts. We have rotary and flatbed die-cutting capabilities to butt-cutt, kiss-cut, sheet, or die-cut material to almost any shape.
