System includes iron-core linear motors, linear guideways, linear measuring systems, and E chain cable carriers. With max speed of 500 mm/sec and acceleration of 5 m/sec˛, system provides 1 micron accuracy in each direction and ±0.5 micron repeatability.

This 2 axis system is ideal for laser machining as well as other extended travel applications where precision positioning is critical. It's a fully enclosed 2 axis stage with 450 mm stroke. Included inside this precision assembly are iron-core linear motors, linear guideways, linear measuring system and E chain cable carriers. Maximum speed is 500 mm/s with acceleration of 5 m/s˛. Accuracy in each direction is 1 micron with ± 0.5 micron repeatability.
