Available in ±10 Vdc and ±20 mA configurations, microprocessor-based Model 294 offers 16 point linearization to hold accuracy within 0.2% of reading, digital filtering for smoothing of output signal, and user-selectable anti-dither adjustment from 1-100% of meter rotation to prevent erroneous counting under vibrating or flow pulsing conditions. When combined with positive displacement flow meters, transmitters cover difficult applications involving bi-directional flow indication.
Ultra-high Resolution Flow Meters Now Offered with Analog Outputs
Two new variations of the Model 294, micro processor based transmitter have been added to the flow meter product line of Max Machinery, Inc., Healdsburg, CA.
Max Machinery, Inc. has leveraged their state of the art, meter encoding software to include analog output options in both +/-10 Vdc and +/-20mA configurations. Based on the same platform as their ultra high resolution frequency transmitters, the analog versions similarly offer -
- 16 point linearization to hold accuracy within 0.2% of reading,
- digital filtering for precise repeatable smoothing of the output signal and,
- user selectable anti-dither adjustment from 1 to 100% of a meter rotation to prevent erroneous counting under vibrating or flow pulsing conditions.
When combined with Max's line of positive displacement flow meters the Model 294 transmitters cover difficult applications involving wide ranges, low flow rates and full +/-10 Vdc and +/-20mA outputs for bi-directional flow indication.
