Hosting will be done through US and UK based SAS 70 Type II Certified Data Centers and highly trained and certified technical staff will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to manage risk across the organization and alleviate the costs associated with hardware maintenance and IT staffing.
VISIBILITY.net ERP software hosting services include hardware, secure data center space, monitoring and management of hardware and OS including patching, web server monitoring, dedicated backend network, anti-virus management, redundant power feeds, incident management, problem management, change management, 24x7 NOC support, disk-to-disk backup with encryption and provisioning of backup hardware infrastructure including network, servers and firewall. VISIBILITY.net Outsourcing will be made available to new as well as existing VISIBILITY.net customers.
