Lincoln Electric Introduces New Mobiflex® 100-NF Welding Fume Exhaust Unit

Workers can now enjoy a flexible and cleaner work environment

Mobiflex® 100-NF

Cleveland - Lincoln Electric announces the Mobiflex® 100-NF welding fume exhaust unit, a portable, low-vacuum system designed for the continuous removal of welding fumes. It is ideal for construction or shop welding applications where removing welding fume from the source is needed without filtration.

The Mobiflex 100-NF increases worker flexibility through its ability to adapt to various work locations and welding applications, including stick, TIG, MIG and flux-cored. Its lightweight and rugged design, along with standard carrying handle, makes it easy to move around the job site.

The unit also includes a 16-foot house/hood set and 16-foot exhaust hose set. The exhaust hose set can also be used to extend the hose/hood set to a full length of 32 feet.

The operation of welding fume control equipment is affected by various factors including proper use and positioning of the equipment, maintenance of the equipment and the specific welding procedure and application involved. Worker exposure level should be checked upon installation and periodically thereafter to be certain it is within applicable OSHA PEL and ACGIH TLV limits.

For more information on the Mobiflex 100-NF, request brochure E13.42 by calling Lincoln Electric at (888) 355-3213 or visiting www.lincolnelectric.com.
