Wireworks LumaVue Custom Panels Builds on-Site Integrator Awareness

HILLSIDE, NJ, JULY 21, 2009 - AV racks serve as an organizational tool and a means to showcase the high-end audio and video gear installed, yet the name of the company that spec'ed and installed all the gear is nowhere in sight. Through Wireworks LumaVue Custom Panels, integrators now have an avenue to brand their work. LumaVue panels can serve as both connection panels and identification plates with custom engraving including company name, logo and contact info.

Ideal for a wide range of applications within the AV industry, the new, first-to-market, custom panels can be rear illuminated for instant identification and are the perfect solution for use in a wide range of locations where there is limited visibility. Since each panel is custom-made, design possibilities for Wireworks LumaVue Custom Panels and Plates are unlimited and allow for virtually any wording, numbering, identification, diagram, symbol, graphic and corporate logo to be permanently imprinted.

Panels are rear engraved using Wireworks CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) engraving system, so its markings cannot be marred or destroyed. The engraving is readable and visible on its own, even without the use of rear illumination. The panels will not rust or tarnish and are offered in 10 high impact colors to match or contrast the venue's decor. Colors include red, burgundy, blue, navy, almond, white, grey, black, gold and silver. Panels are also available with a gloss or matte finish.

"Wireworks LumaVue Panels are a great way to be acknowledged on the job site," says Jerry Krulewicz, president of Wireworks Corporation. "The back-lit feature increases visibility and convenience, giving installers an opportunity to promote their work. In the event of project expansion, integrators can now leave behind a virtual business card by imprinting company and contact information onto Wireworks LumaVue Panels."

In addition to connection and switch panels, LumaVue Custom Panels and Plates can be used for diagrams of any kind, providing maximum electrical isolation between connectors. Available in a variety of sizes and shapes, including standard gang plates, wall plates and rack panels, LumaVue is suitable for interface panels of any kind. LumaVue is manufactured in 1/8" or 1/4" thickness to meet any design requirement. UV stabilized for outdoor use, Wireworks' LumaVue features non-metallic cell cast acrylic, which provides maximum durability. LumaVue panels can also be used as informational signs on set, such as "Quiet Please - Performance in Progress" or "On Air - Recording" panels, offering users the added value of diversity.
