Constructed with 316 stainless steel body, Mini-Siphon Type 910.24 is designed to replace old pigtail and coil siphon. Thermal barrier protects pressure gauge from harmful steam, hot vapors, and liquids, while 316 stainless steel inner chamber reduces pressure surges and water hammer. Mounted vertically or horizontally, product has ½ in. NPT male to ½ in. NPT female connection. Max media pressure and temperature ratings are 6,164 psi and 840°F, respectively.
The WIKA mini-siphon is designed specifically to replace the old pigtail and coil siphon. The mini-siphon has a thermal barrier which protects the pressure gauge from harmful steam, hot vapors and liquids, and contains a unique inner chamber that reduces pressure surges and "water hammer". The mini-siphon is also designed to eliminate gauge whip and vibration that is typically found on traditional siphons by mounting the gauge closer to the process.
The WIKA mini-siphon is ideal for tough process industries that include mechanical engineering, plant construction, chemical, petroleum/refining, power stations and environmental technology.
