Measuring 2.75 x 2.75 in., PQ7-M101G Qseven module leverages IntelŽ Atom(TM) Z510/Z530 CPU and System Controller Hub (SCH) US15W. It supports dual independent display via LVDS/SDVO and provides one Gigabit Ethernet as well as 8 USB ports. Expansion is provided through SDVO, PCIe x1, LPC, and HD audio interfaces. Applications include low-power systems and handheld mobile devices for medical healthcare, industrial control, and COTS military industries.

New PQ7-M101G features include upgraded memory and SATA interface
FREMONT, CALIF.-June 30, 2009-American Portwell Technology, Inc., (http://www.portwell.com) a wholly owned subsidiary of Portwell, Inc., a world-leading innovator in the embedded computing market and a member of the IntelŽ Embedded and Communications Alliance (Intel ECA), announces PQ7-M101G, an upgraded IntelŽ Atom(TM) based Qseven module with more integrated features such as the SATA interface and up to 1 GB system memory. At a mere 70mm x 70mm (2.75" x 2.75"), the ultra compact PQ7-M101G is the ideal solution for a range of low-power systems and handheld mobile devices in applications such as medical healthcare, industrial control, gaming, portable device and COTS military markets.
Same compact footprint with revolutionary upgrades "Like its predecessor, the PQ7-M100G, Portwell's new PQ7-M101G continues to use Intel Atom processor Z510/Z530 and System Controller Hub (SCH) US15W," explains Jimmy Chang, product marketing manager, American Portwell Technology. "It includes the same great feature set of dual independent display by LVDS/SDVO; one Gigabit Ethernet; eight USB ports; and expansion of one SDVO, one PCI-E x1, LPC interface and high definition audio interface. Not only does it include enriched features such as SATA interface and the upgrade option of system memory of up to 1GB (512MB on PQ7-M100G), but its functions can also be further expanded with Portwell's PQ7-C200 developer Mini-ITX form factor carrier board," Chang explains.
