South Pasadena, CA, June 15, 2009 - GreenSoft Technology, Inc. today released the Workgroup Edition of GreenData Manager-REACH, a client-server application to manage and analyze green compliance data and documents. GreenSoft is a leading provider of environmental compliance content management tools and services for the global electronics industry.
GreenData Manager-REACH Workgroup Edition (GDM-REACH WE) offers a complete compliance data management system for RoHS, REACH and REACH SVHC. GDM-REACH WE is a client-server application for multiple users and is tailored for Medium to Large Enterprises (MLEs) to manage the collection of data and documents, perform RoHS and REACH SVHC compliance validation, conduct substance analysis and generate product level full disclosure reports. It is much more affordable than Green modules available with some PLM or ERP systems. And all important compliance activities can be managed in one convenient package.

GDM-REACH WE enables companies to analyze and report on chemical substance data and compliance documentation:

o Roll-up substance weight or ppm on assemblies and products/BOMs.
o Report the compliance status on all parts or products for REACH SVHC, EU RoHS, China RoHS, Norway PoHS, Halogen-Free, and California Prop 65. Or create custom compliance rules.
o Determine the status of the collection of required data and documents.
o Create an audit trail for regulatory agencies and customers.
o Generate compliance reports (REACH SVHC and others) on individual components or products.
o Receive automated updates of changes to regulations and substances.
