New Spiral Elevator from FlexLink

The new a spiral elevator from FlexLink offers a high efficiency, no stop losses and a compact footprint

Increasing competition in the manufacturing industries is increasing the demands on efficiency in production systems and on compact foot print. In parallel with continuous improvements and new technology steps, factories also demand a better utilization of the factory floor.

FlexLink now launches the spiral elevator which allows transport of goods, up or down in manufacturing and packaging lines, or for the distribution between the line and the warehousing area. The spiral elevator offers efficient elevation without stop losses, a compact foot print and a trouble free operation.

As the FlexLink spiral elevator is working with a constant flow, the production flow can run without interruption and stop looses. The chain is of a patented design offering a smooth transport, low noise and a high mean time between failures (MTBF).

"This is an example of how FlexLink care about its customers" says Paolo Pusceddu, CTO at FlexLink. "Being a leading company in the Production Logistics field, we pay attention to solutions creating value to our customers. FlexLink is launching a high number of new products and new technologies that helps our customers to increase efficiency and to reduce the cost per produced unit. The high efficiency and throughput are the main reasons to choose this FlexLink solution."

The FlexLink spiral elevator is a standardized module offering a short delivery time, fast installation and ramp-up. The elevation is in the range of 1500 - 4000 mm with inlet height 800, 900 or 1000 mm.
