All 316 stainless steel solid-state Model U003 is compact liquid level switch that uses ultrasonic technology to detect presence of fluid between 2 piezo-electric crystals sealed within sensor gap. It is offered with standard current shift output (8 mA dry, 16 mA wet), or SPDT relay, 0.5 A output. Able to operate in system pressures up to 800 psig, it mounts with ¾ in. NPT fitting, never needs calibration, and can be provided with actuation lengths up to 100 in.

The U003 is a compact and low cost liquid level switch that uses ultrasonic technology to detect the presence of fluid between two piezo-electric crystals sealed within the sensor gap.
The all 316 stainless steel, all solid-state U003 has no moving parts, may be mounted vertically or horizontally and provides a simple and reliable alternative to float type level controls. It mounts with a standard ¾" NPT fitting(optional threaded connections or flanges also available), never needs calibration, can be provided with actuation lengths up to 100 inches from the mount and is available with an NPT male conduit connection, NEMA enclosure or other connector options.
The U003 is offered with a standard current shift output, (8 mA "dry", 16 mA "wet") or a SPDT relay, 0.5 amp output. The 1" diameter stainless probe is easy to clean, fits easily into confined spaces in any orientation and can operate in system pressures up to 800 PSIG.
