PDH Mapper/ADM Device has high-density design.

June 19, 2009 - Along with 4 OC-12/STM-4 network interfaces and 4 OC-12/STM-4 or OC-3/STM-1 drop side interfaces, AT1230 integrates SERDES/CDR; support for 336 DS1, 252 E1, 12 DS3, and 12 E3; as well as DS0, VT/TU/TU3, and STS/VC cross connects. Features such as grooming and clock synthesis, protection schemes, 128 HO/LO VCAT/LCAS VCGs, and 512 channel data link controllers make this monolithic solution suited for high-density voice and media gateways, wireless base stations, and multi-service switches.
