Wireless HDMI Extender works up to 30 ft at 1,080 p.


June 9, 2009 - Based on Tzero's UWB technology, Model AT-WHD200 is capable of extending up to 2 HMI and additional component signal up to 30 ft at resolutions up to 1,080 p. Unit's receiver can convert both HDMI inputs, as well as Component input, to single HDMI output, which will enable users to switch in between inputs. Extender kit is suited for applications where standard cable wired HDMI extenders cannot be used, as well as those needed to be used without site of excess cabling.

Atlona Technologies Soon Release Wireless HDMI Extenders Working up to 30ft at 1080p, the AT-WHD200


Since Atlona Technologies' upcoming and highly talked about wireless USB to HDMI/VGA Converter (the HDAiR), others have been wondering what else they have had up their sleeves. Well, wait no longer. Atlona is excited to announce the upcoming release of their new Wireless HDMI Extender, the AT-WHD200. This State of the Art Wireless HDMI Extender is capable of extending up to two HDMI and an additional component signal of distances of 30ft, at resolutions up to 1080p. The AT-WHD200's Receiver has the ability to convert both HDMI inputs, as well as the Component input, to a single HDMI output which will enable users to easily switch in between the inputs.

The AT-WHD200 is based on Tzero's UWB award winning technology and therefore will have no interference from other wireless devices and frequencies. Technology is only designed for the transmitter and receiver units to be in the same room (line-of-site) to transfer high resolution video. This Atlona Wireless HDMI extender kit is designed for applications where standard cable wired HDMI extenders could not be used, as well as those needed to be used without the site of excess cabling. With the Wireless revolution well on its way, this unit is the perfect device to handle any wireless need ranging from Home Theater installation to any digital signage application.

The AT-WHD200 Wireless HDMI Extender is will be available mid-June with an MSRP of $799.00.
