Dynabrade's Dynascaler Ideal for Heavy-Duty Industrial and Construction Applications
Dynabrade's air powered Dynascaler is a descaling and surface preparation tool ideal for heavy-duty applications. The tool powers Roto Peen Bonded Flap Assemblies for removing rust, oxide, scale, old paint and tough coatings.
Four different models of Dynascalers are offered. Hand held tools are available in both a Straight Line and Right Angle model. These two models allow the operator to work closer to the work surface, resulting in additional control when getting into hard-to reach areas. The tools feature a four-position top handle, which adjusts for operator comfort and control. These tools are ideal for bridgework where the removal of paint and rust is critical before repainting.
A Floor Model Dynascaler is also offered. This model features a 20-slot hub for Roto Peen Bonded Flaps. The Floor Model Dynascaler is ideal for scaling operations along a long area. An example of this would be paint and rust removal operations along the floor of a ship or freighter. The tool features an adjustable edge guide assuring straight-line descaling.
An Over-Under Dynascaler is also available. This tool mechanically fractures scale and coatings with negligible removal of base metal. The tool can be used for "over-under" simultaneous removal of scale from steel girder plating prior to welding.
Operating in RPM's from 1,650 - 2,400, the tools are for use with Roto Peen Bonded Shot Flap Assemblies, which are available from Dynabrade. Made in the U.S.A.
