Air Concrete Chain Saw with New Airforce F4 Diamond Chain for Deep Cutting and Maximum Life
CS Unitec has introduced a pneumatic concrete chain saw with a new AirFORCE F4(TM) Diamond Chain to meet the industry's need to cut up to 15" deep in concrete. Ideal for cutting reinforced concrete, brick, block, concrete pipe and natural stone. The CS 536163-2 air saw plunge cuts up to 15" deep in one pass and quickly cuts mechanical openings, irregular shapes and square corners up to 14" with no overcuts. Its powerful 6.5 HP air motor has a no load speed of 5700 RPM. The saw can be used hand-held or with the optional SpeedHook® guide to make straight cuts through walls and other surfaces. This saw operates at 124 CFM air volume @ 90 PSI air pressure (6 bar). Noise level is 88 dB at 3 feet.
This air-powered concrete saw is standard with the new AirFORCE F4 diamond saw chains to cut a wide variety of masonry materials. The new chains have larger diamond segments and also have 50 percent greater tensile strength for reduced breakage and feature a chain-based water distribution system for better lubrication between bar and chain. Other enhancements have been included for straight, smooth cutting performance and maximum life. CS Unitec offers three AirFORCE F4 chain styles: AirFORCE Premium saw chains cut concrete with heavy steel reinforcement, AirFORCE Standard is a general purpose Diamond chain for reinforced concrete and AirFORCE AbrasivePRO is ideal for cutting soft, abrasive material. Unique 10" or 15" long guidebars with laser-cut internal water channels keep the bar lubricated and help to remove slurry. The FORCE F4 Drive Sprocket distributes load for greater durability. Tool steel alloy provides exceptional strength, life and abrasion resistance.
