The Synergy 3000 system consists of a comprehensive series of real-time SPC software applications that run on both Windows networks and Web browsers. The dual-platform architecture allows companies to customize the way they allocate the system among users.
For the Windows environment, there are four program levels characterized by the functional roles and responsibilities for each type of user:

The optional Synergy 3000 Web applications extend data access and SPC functionality via an internet connection and any standard Web browser. They enable the manufacturer to enforce uniform quality procedures among their entire supplier community and give mobile employees the ability to log in to the database from remote locations. Two Synergy 3000 Web applications are available:
The Web Operator for on-line data entry, charting, corrective action, document retrieval and e-mail and text message notification for process violations
