SMC Networks' TigerAccess(TM) Managed Services Platforms Enable Solution Providers to Increase Margins by Adding Value and Quality to Their Support Services While Minimizing Onsite Service Requirements

The TigerAccess MSP enables VARs and IT administrators to remotely and securely monitor and manage their networks from anywhere in the world through a standard Web browser.
SMC's TigerAccess MSP, which enables network administrators to reduce system downtime and improve the efficiency of network maintenance, is available through the purchase of a service level agreement. Depending upon the level of agreement purchased, the user also receives a network management appliance that enables the network administrator to remotely monitor the status of network devices.

About the TigerAccess Managed Services Platform
The TigerAccess MSP gives VARs and IT administrators the ability to remotely monitor and their networks and provides them with a host of capabilities that maximize the efficiency of network maintenance.
