Active smart tag transmits RF signals at pre-set time intervals for duration of its life and offers transmission range of 0-50 m. Configurable settings include customer site code, tag ID, tag age, counter value, movement alarm, and tamper alarm status.

GAO's 433MHz active RFID rugged asset tag is encapsulated in a moulded plastic case in order to protect against adverse environmental conditions. The smart tag transmits Radio Frequency (RF) signals at pre-set time-intervals for the duration of its life. This RFID tag offers configurable settings including customer site code, tag ID, tag age, counter value, movement alarm and tamper alarm status. It offers a transmission range of 0 to 50m depending on antenna configuration. In addition, the tag can be configured to accommodate Wiegand interfacing.
