Inteded for laboratory use, TS-4 comes in Standard and ISJ (interchangeable seal jaws) versions and is used to prepare heat seal samples for measurement of sealing strength of various substrates. Foot pedal automatically cycles sealing jaws, while load cell system measures and displays total force applied to film sample. For efficient operation, compact unit features microprocessor control of temperature, cycle rate, and dwell time.
Lako Tool, a TMI Group Company is manufacturing a NEW model TS-4 Heat Sealer for laboratory use. The TS-4 is an affordable, compact laboratory device which features advanced microprocessor control of cycle rate and dwell time. The system also features a load cell for precision and repeatable force measurement. A foot pedal automatically cycles the Sealing Jaws which allows both hands free to insert the sample for ease of operation.
