Rotary Mesh Table cleans small parts off-line.


May 4, 2009 - Constructed of 3/8 in. thick manganese steel, Rotary Mesh Table processes aluminum die-castings, forgings, flame-cut shapes, and automotive parts. It is equipped with 20 in. wide manganese wire-mesh conveyor table with variable speed drive. Airless blast system consists of four 13.5 in. dia Autoblast® wheel assemblies, direct driven by 10 hp motors. Abrasive is contained by drop-in style polyurethane seals and is reclaimed by multi-ply elevator belt with cast malleable iron buckets.

Wheelabrator® Rotary Mesh Table Providing Blast Cleaning Solutions for Different Processes


Burlington, ON - (April 30, 2009) - A Wheelabrator® Rotary Mesh Table system is ideal for cleaning smaller parts off-line using one operator. The machine is capable of processing aluminum diecastings, forgings, flame-cut shapes, fabrications and automotive parts with an airless wheel blast process. Parts and components are loaded onto a manganese wire mesh table or fixtures which rotate through the blast zone, exposing the parts to top and bottom mounted blast wheels. The compact design of the unit allows for easy and quick installation with no costly pits. Wheelabrator products include standard and customized systems to meet individual customer requirements.
Constructed of 3/8-inch thick manganese steel, the Rotary Mesh Table is equipped with a 20-inch wide manganese wire-mesh work conveyor table with a variable speed drive. The airless blast system consists of four (4) 13.5-inch diameter Autoblast® (EZEFIT® wheels are also available as an option) wheel assemblies, direct driven by 10 HP motors.

Abrasive is contained by drop-in style polyurethane seals and is reclaimed and recycled by a multi-ply elevator belt with cast malleable iron buckets. New abrasive is supplied by a floor mounted abrasive adder for an operator-friendly system. The Rotary Mesh Table System is an ideal fit within any industry's plant site to improve its overall productivity level.
