Quotes completed in ChannelOnline are automatically sent to NetSuite to be fulfilled and billed, while order updates are sent back to ChannelOnline to streamline their shipping process and reduce the time it takes to bill and collect payments. Both credit cards and invoicing on terms are supported within NetSuite. Notifications are automatically sent to sales representatives as order status changes, which allows them to be more proactive in their client communications with regards to shipping information, shipment accuracy and billing.
