Good Technology Announces General Availability of Good for Enterprise 6.0
o Expands beyond email to deliver an integrated platform for security, device management, and applications access
o Includes support for iPhone
CTIA Wireless 2009, Las Vegas, NV, April 1, 2009 - Good Technology today announced the general availability of Good for Enterprise(TM) 6.0-a core component of Good Works(TM). Good Works opens new possibilities for enterprises, government, and individuals to maximize their business and personal productivity by securely and easily giving them instant mobile access to the data, applications, and services they use every day on their device of choice. Good Works is comprised of Good for Enterprise, Good for Government(TM), and Good for You(TM).
Good for Enterprise 6.0 includes the new Good Mobile Control(TM), Good Mobile Access(TM) and enhancements to Good Mobile Messaging(TM). Good Mobile Control offers device management and security through a unified, browser-based console that allows IT to monitor mobile devices at any time, from any location, including the iPhone and other devices based on Windows Mobile, Symbian Series 60, Palm platforms. In addition, Good Mobile Access provides a managed mobile virtual private network (VPN) service that gives employees secure, always-on access to corporate applications behind the firewall without requiring IT to invest time or money in proprietary SDK development.

Good Mobile Control Provides Security and Management on Any Device, From Any Location
In an increasingly mobile world, today's IT managers are faced with the daunting task of ensuring that employee smartphones are secured and meet corporate policies. A moment of downtime or a misplaced device can lead to decreased productivity and an administrative headache for both the mobile employee and IT.
Good Mobile Control offers one central place to manage devices, security policies, data access and applications. Instead of dealing with multiple desktop applications and command line interfaces, they can provision devices, set policies, deploy software over-the-air (OTA), and troubleshoot issues from a single Web-based administration portal. Good Mobile Control improves response times because organizations can seamlessly manage their entire mobile device fleet from any location.
Good Mobile Control also provides a bird's eye view of an enterprise's entire mobile deployment, with the ability to drill down into individual devices in granular detail. This is done through a management dashboard that reveals the number of mobile devices by operating system and Good servers. IT managers can also filter users by policies applied to the mobile device, mobile OS or Good server. Once a filtered list is created, bulk actions can be easily applied, such as making policy changes or deploying software. All of this ensures a hassle-free experience for administrators.

Good Mobile Access Delivers Secure, Reliable Access to Applications Beyond Email
As smartphones become increasingly more powerful and wireless networks continue to proliferate, mobile employees are demanding access to more than just corporate email. Enhanced User Experience with Good Mobile Messaging 6.0
Good Mobile Messaging 6.0 continues to improve the mobile messaging experience with new features designed to enable business users to get things done more easily and to provide greater personalization options. New features include voice-activated dialing when the device is password protected, sharing RSS news feeds with the integrated Good Mobile News feature, and scheduled email synchronization intervals, improving battery life.
Broad Device Support
With Good for Enterprise 6.0, IT can secure and manage a broad range of enterprise-class mobile devices across platforms such as Windows Mobile 6 and 6.1, Symbian Series S60, Palm, and iPhone. Good Mobile Messaging and Good Mobile Control support the Nokia E71, HTC Touch Pro, the Samsung i780, the Palm Treo Pro and many other devices from carrier resellers such as AT&T Wireless, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, Telstra and O2.

Good Mobile Messaging 6.0 has a fully localized user interface for French, Italian, German, Spanish, and simplified and traditional Chinese languages. Complete reading and writing are also possible for Japanese, Korean and Chinese pending smartphone device character capability.
