March 24, 2009 - Designed for manufacturers of electronic and mechanical indicators, Model DPH-600 is 6 in., 10,000 rpm, totally sealed, TIR diaphragm chuck with special jaws, stop, and changeable fixtures. It enhances and increases production of machining 2 bores that guide indicator rod. Once side is machined, fixture is turned over, and second side is machined; alignment of 1/10,000 TIR is achieved bore to bore. Accuracies of 0.001-0.00001 in. is ensured.

Designed for leading American manufacturers of electronic and mechanical indicators. Northfield 6 inch, 10,000 RPM, totally sealed, T.I.R. diaphragm chucks with special jaws, stop, and changeable fixtures are used to enhance and increase production of machining the two bores that guide the indicator rod. These bores must be perfectly aligned for an accurate indicator. Two fixtures are used to hold the brass indicator housing before the fixture/housing is placed in the chuck. Once side is machined, the fixture is turned over, and the second side is machined with precision. Alignment of 1/10,000 T.I.R. is achieved bore to bore.
