Available for 3920 Digital Radio Test Set, XTS-5000 Auto-Test II Option provides automated test and alignment of Motorola XTS and XTL Series Radios. When enabled with this feature, 3920 automatically controls radio and determines if it is performing within specified parameters. Since no interaction is required for test and alignment, non-technical individuals can tune and confirm radio operational parameters.

Aeroflex Announces Expansion of XTS-5000 Auto-Test II Option to Include Other Motorola Models
LAS VEGAS-International Wireless Communications Expo (IWCE 2009)-March 16 - 20, 2009-Aeroflex has announced the expansion of the XTS-5000 Auto-Test II Automated Test and Alignment Option for the 3920 Digital Radio Test Set. This option provides automated test and alignment of Motorola XTS and XTL Series Radios. The latest version includes support for additional Motorola portables such as the XTS-1500, XTS-2500, XTS-4000, SSE-5000 and MT-1500. It also includes support for the XTL-1500, XTL-2500 and XTL-5000 mobiles.
The Auto-Test II Option is a breakthrough in radio test technology. When enabled with this feature, the 3920 automatically controls the radio and determines if the radio is performing within specified parameters. The engineer no longer requires a computer to control the radio's software, since the 3920 takes over the role of radio controller. Test repeatability and results are dramatically improved, and test times are reduced.
Since the system automatically controls the radio, no interaction is required to test and align the radios, allowing for non-technical individuals to tune and confirm radio operational parameters.
Availability
The XTS-5000 Auto-Test II Option is available as 390XOPT600. Users will need to purchase the Auto-Test II Option, 390XOPT059 before purchasing the XTS-5000 Auto-Test II Option, 390XOPT600. 390XOPT600 is available immediately. The Aeroflex 3920 has a delivery time of 8-10 weeks upon receipt of order.
