(Chicago, Illinois - 2009) Label Mill/Coding Solutions Inc. has released a new label printer applicator, the LM3510, that provides more built-in features and capabilities than any other printer applicator on the market. This revolutionary printer applicator features a touch screen user interface that provides a new control platform, expanding the capabilities of the system while simplifying the user interface. The LM3510 makes capabilities standard that were once custom on printer applicators.

Additional features include: quick change tamp pads, 15 I/O points that allow for easy integration to other machines, user-friendly operating software that is password protected, dual trigger input, optional hand-held user interface, 2 serial ports, encoder port, batch counter, job storage, printer status outputs, with left and right-hand models available. The LM3510 core capabilities allow the user to print on the label during the application process to create "live" or "variable" data on the fly.
The LM3510 user interface offers a network option that provides an HTTP web page server module, providing status information about the labeler to any PC on the network. It can be programmed utilizing the HLI-100 hand held programming pendent or with the optional "Smart Touch Screen Control". The Smart Touch Screen Control features its own integrated control and can control up to four labelers and the complete LM5000RPS conveyor system. The Smart Touch Screen Control displays all applicator information and status in addition to displaying all conveyor speeds, additional information and conveyor status. The Label Mill Smart Touch Screen Control also provide light beacon output, eight relay outputs, 12 optically isolated inputs, eight sinking outputs, three 0 to 10 volts DC drive outputs, one plus or minus 0 to 10 volt DC servo drive output, two PWM drive outputs, two encoder inputs, four labeler network ports and one aux serial port.
