March 27, 2009 - Designed to identify defects, The Dinger provides 100% inspection of metal cast, fabricated, sintered, forged, die cast, or ceramic parts. System can be integrated with existing automated handling systems and provides quality control testing of parts as fast as 1 part/sec. Example applications include lower engine blocks, turbocharger housings, brake rotors, brake calipers, and welded struts.
